The Crucial Factor

On a day when I don't eat the key is to drink enough water, fruit juices and other beverages which are caffeine-free and alcohol-free. Also these should be low-sugar drinks.

The daily quantity should be 3 liters, or 100 US fluid ounces, together what you drink. I always drink at least 1,5 liter, or 50 ounces, of water or more. So at least the half of what I drink on these days is water.

Using this method this kind of days can be very easy to do. For me it is always easy!
