The 5 Benefits of The "Drink Only Day"


Please read the previous 3 short posts about how to do a "Drink Only Day" before you try it.


Now I would like to tell you what it is good for and why I started to have “Drink Only Days” twice a month.
There are some benefits that you can realize very soon.


1. Weight Loss: As I noticed I always lose 0,3-0,7 kg (or 0,66-1,54 lbs) on these days, besides that I drink enough.

2. Smoother skin: You will see that your skin will be softer and smoother after only one day.

3. More energy: Because digestion also needs energy, you will feel more energetic. Your thinking will be cleaner and faster too, as I noticed myself many times.

4. More time: You will be amazed how much more time you have when you don't eat. All meals often take 2 hours a day. That 2 hours will be your extra time to have a light training or a good walk in nature.

5. Better sleep: I noticed that I sleep better when my stomach is empty.


Let me tell you my surprising experience. After a "Drink Only Day" I rarely feel hungry the next morning. In these cases I eat a small portion light food to get some energy for the day. And then I eat a normal lunch.
