Can You Make It?

Three years ago I tried something new. Twice a month I stopped eating for one whole day. Those days I drank more water and at lunch time a I drank little sugar free juice.
Most of the times it was easy.

I stopped doing this because I was so busy and I forgot it.
I write this post because last month I started this good habit again. And I feel and see its advantages.

My great-grandmother did not eat for one day every week for religious reason. She is a great example for me. She was always healthy and energetic.

If you want to try this challenge I will write some tips to make it easy for you. And I will tell you soon about the good effects of it.

I tell you in advance it sounded strange for me for the first time, but it turned out to be easy to do.
