Today's tip: Start moving every day!

This tip is easy and a lot of fun.

You do not have to have a complete trainig every day.
3 tarinigs a week can be enough for somebody
who wants to lose weight and look good.
Here I talk about physical activity.

Walk, hike, jog, run, jump, dance, swim,
ride a bicycle, ride a horse,
play with balls: throw it, kick it, hit it....

The question is: Which is the easiest way for me
to start moving now?

There are many possibilities during the day to moveour bodies.

1. example: Turn on your favorite music and dance as long as you like.

2. example: Go for a walk, or go somewhere on foot (school, your workplace, shopping.... anywhere)

3. example: Do you live or work in a multi-storey building?
Than stop using the elevator, or stop it earlier to walk up or down some floors.

In a nutshell, do anything which moves your body every day! Sometimes I work in the garden just to have some physical activity.
