THE 5 BEST TIMES OF THE DAY TO DRINK WATER

We know that drinking enough good quality water is essential for our health. We have also noticed that there are specific times of the day, when we can get more positive effect by giving our body more water. Beside this 5 special times we should drink enough water to make sure that we get our healthy daily dose. Ask the advice of experts for your exact water needs. The following tips are based on our own experiences. Test them yourself to see if they work for you. In the EasilyMe Team we do it this way:


1. The first thing I do every morning is drinking 1 or 2 glasses of water. The 2nd most important element - after air - for human body is water. We can breathe, but most of us don't drink during the night. That's why we should start our day with water.

2. I always drink 1 or 2 glasses of water 10-20 minutes before meals. That prepares for work and helps our digestion as we noticed.

3. I always drink 1 or 2 glasses of water when I feel hungry. Maybe I am just thirsty. A not well known fact is that the slight feeling of thirst is very similar to the feeling of hunger. Lot of people eat too much because they mix up these two feelings. And of course by eating, thirst can be hard to reduce.

4. I drink a glass of water half an hour before and after sports and exercises. This is how I make sure I have enough in my body for sweating. Several times during my trainings I drink some sips of water to replace it continuously, and of course more after the activities.

5. I always drink a glass of water before I go to bed at night. We probably wouldn't drink for long hours after going to bed.
