THE THIRD FACTOR What can it be? What else can be so important as physical activity and proper nutrition? It is SLEEPING AND RELAXATION! For a healthy and energetic lifestyle people need to have enough good quality sleeping and relaxation. There are two kinds of relaxation: 1. Active relaxation This is when we do something to gain more energy. If you do something intellectual work (student, lawyer, accountant...). After work maybe you want to rest your brain a bit. In this case a walk in the park, a training, cooking something healthy and tasty (if you like cooking), visit an exhibition, meet friends for a tea, going to the cinema, cycling are all active relaxation. If you are physically tired: read a book, watch television (of course something positive: a good comedy or a documentary about wildlife in the ocean), listen to your favorite music. 2.Passive relaxation These are sleeping and meditation. 3 USEFUL TIPS TO DO IF I AM TRYING TO GET RID OF BELLY FAT 1. I DRINK MORE WATER AND TEA (sugar free).  It make me feel full. It is healthy and makes my skin smoother. - It is also the first thing to do when someone wants to get rid of pimples! 2. I EAT A LOT OF FIBER.  In fact people should eat a lot of fiber every day. Fruits and vegetables are important to have a healthy digestion. They contain a lot of vital vitamins too! 3. I MAKE MY MUSCLES WORK THREE TIMES A WEEK.  There are really good bodyweight exercises, and going to the gym is also fun. To make it more fun, we can invite a friend too. I do exactly the same. I have a training partner. We are going to the gym two times a week, and I do some bodyweight exercises at home at the weekend. WHAT IF I WANT TO EAT SWEETS? Sometimes I become hungry for sweets. I used to eat lot of chocolate and biscuits. But as I started to became more and more health-conscious, I turned to fruits and dried fruits.  "But it could be very hard!" - You may think. Of course, it is hard to resist when I have a desire for chocolate and I see some on the middle of the table. In this case it is really hard to resist. But I decided to find an easy way. And I have done it... The simple solution is, that I don't keep any chocolates and biscuits at home. But I have always some fresh fruits and dried fruits at home. They are very delicious. Sometimes I get other sweets as gift, but for me this is the easiest way to eat more healthy sweets. MOST OF THE TIME YOU EAT WHAT IS AROUND YOU! KEEP JUST HEALTHY FOODS AT HOME! Simple, Easy and Efficient These two exercises can be made anywhere. At home, in a park, in a hotel, in the office, really anywhere. If we make them slow, they are going to make us stronger (muscle building). In this case we should make less repeats. If we make them faster, it is going to be more like cardio, of course this time we should make it longer (more repeats). 1. Sit Down - Stand Up! This exercise make our lower body work - thighs and bottom. 2. High Knees This exercise is for legs, abs and a little bit for arms.  Each exercise must be done in the right form. 2 Exercises Which Burn More Calories Than Others There are some exercises which burn more calories than others. After a good warm up we can practice them to learn how to do it properly. We can find many experts explaining the correct form on video sharing websites. When we know the right movements we can do more of them. 1. Jumping Ropes It is not only a good exercise but it is a good fun too. We can learn different kind of tricks with it. And nice to do it to our favorite music! 2. Burpees You can see two kinds of burpees below. The man in the green T-shirt is showing the basic form. If you have not try burpees yet, you should start with this form. And there is a little bit more difficult kind of burpee. The woman in the blue T-shirt shows it. The only difference is that there is an extra push up in the middle of the exercise . On weekends we have more time.  We can do more healthy things. We can buy or cook healthy foods,  we can do more exercises or sports.  We can spend our time together with others in nature. Don't overthink, just do some activity  and eat something healthy.  And of course drink enough good quality water! THE RESULTS ALWAYS FOLLOW ACTIONS! ☺ ☺ ☺ Have a nice and healthy weekend! Máté

Get Busy - It's Worth It In the last two weeks I have managed to lose 2 kgs = 4.4 lbs. I was really happy but surprised, because I didn't plan to do it. Than I started to look for the reasons. I have found that I didn't do anything differently. The only different thing was, that I was busier as usual. I did my trainings and meals as usual, but I have a little more to do at my workplace, and I had to do more housework. This way we will avoid a common mistake: "I eat because I am bored", but don't worry, I do it sometimes too. Brain work and physical work both use up calories. So Keep Calm and Get Busy!
