For a healthy and energetic lifestyle people need to have enough good quality sleeping and relaxation. There are two kinds of relaxation: 1. Active relaxation This is when we do something to gain more energy. If you do something intellectual work (student, lawyer, accountant...). After work maybe you want to rest your brain a bit. In this case a walk in the park, a training, cooking something healthy and tasty (if you like cooking), visit an exhibition, meet friends for a tea, going to the cinema, cycling are all active relaxation.
